I'm Mia Carr — a nonprofit operations consultant with over a decade of experience building the systems that let organizations focus on the people they serve, not the chaos behind the scenes.
My background spans political organizing, membership management, federal grants compliance, and full organizational buildouts from scratch. I've run operations for political consulting firms, built CRM and fundraising infrastructure for growing nonprofits, and led multi-program flagship initiatives at a national LGBTQ+ advocacy organization.
